Week 8 Reflection

Over the course of this course I have learned a lot about what it looks like to write interactively and to create stories. I could always right a research paper and get a pretty good grade on it, but this was very new to me. I have improved a ton on and have learned a lot about it. I feel like as time has gone on, my stories have progressively gotten better. I have always liked what I was writing over, but I feel like my verbiage and my writing style has improved a ton. I am honestly impressed with myself based on what I was able to do over these few weeks. The readings have been really interesting to me. I have loved getting to dive deeper into the Indian epics, because I have read parts of them all before, but getting to read/listen to the entire things has been great. Each of them stood out to me in their own ways, but I truly enjoyed the readings of the Ramayana and also the video that focused on Sita. These were enjoyable and made my work day go by quicker because of how I got to listen to them while I was at work. I have decided to go into reading more in the Indian epic side of the future ure stories, so I wanted to read the Kalevala. I want to read it not only because it is an Indian epic, but also because I can listen to it while I am at work, which is very helpful for me. I have really enjoyed reading other peoples stories. I feel like when I read their stories I am the worst storyteller ever. I feel like most people surpass me far with their writings because they are all so intriguing and keep me focused the entire time. I love the stories that really hook me in right away.
